Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source of, or decrypt Steve Gamlin's product or any portion of it.
Use Steve Gamlin's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Steve Gamlin’s Property: Steve Gamlin retains all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including all related intellectual property rights.
5.2 User Content: Steve Gamlin does not claim ownership of any data, information, or material you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit to or through Steve Gamlin's services.

Steve Gamlin may terminate or suspend access to the services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

Steve Gamlin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NH, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11.SMS Messaging Terms
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, you agree that Steve Gamlin may send you SMS messages related to your account or requests, including appointment confirmations, event confirmations, reminders, follow up message series, and periodic marketing promotions if you have opted in to marketing messages. Message frequency may vary.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming your opt out. For help, reply HELP. If you want to re subscribe after opting out, reply START.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
